A little secret passion!

A thing you didnt know

about me....

This was my home.

This was my passion.

This was my life.

This was competing.

This was where i shone.

Golf was in my blood from

a tot.

It was a lifestlye, what i lived

& breathed.

I competed for England & Britain

travelling the country.

I gave speeches for winning from

8 years old.

I was captain of the boys team & even

playing against people 50 years by senior. My name is on boards & I still hold some records.

Golf gave me dedication,

it gave me laser focus

in my dreams.

However sadly at the age of 17 its all had to stop for me, I became incredibly unwell. I could not attend school let alone get off the couch. My world crumbled around me. My identity taken away.

I only had friends who played golf as non of the girls from school understood my drive! In fact it was a source of bullying for me but I was so strong inside that I did not care in that moment!

Once unwell though I did care, I entered a world of loneliness and sadness.

After that summer I packed my bags and went to Australia to have a visit and then I studied body work there. A new passion, career and purpose.

I loved My job and I loved to my clients it served a higher purpose for 14 years.

After those 14 years things changed even more.... on a beach in Barbados something slapped me in the face and said CHAGE, move, it’s time!

At that point life really upped its gear! 8 weeks after that holiday I packed it all in, started travelling the world and truely started finding myself.

It took 20 years after I lost myself to re ignite the fire inside me fully BUT I DID IT!

A secret passion on the Golf course!

As i sit here I now feel the urge to play again, enjoy the passion that once was! Nothing is ever lost it just needs a spark to light whats hiding!

To dream and to have a passion

is what life is made for!
