It’s berry berry nice

Some times a loaded smoothie and a long

spoon is all you need!

Blend:


1 banana

1/2 cup blueberries

3/4 cup raspberries

1 tbsp pea protein

1 tspn of MSM

1 tspn ashwaganda

1/2 can of coconut milk

Dash of water

Cinnamon to taste (I add loads)


Topping;


Caçoa nibs

&

then I decided to add

chopped cashews too!
