Mandala delights by me!
Think I may have a new
food bowl hobby 💓
Blend:
1/4 cup Strawberries
1 big Banana
1/4 cupRaspberries
1/2 cup Coconut milk
1 tsp Maçã
1 tbsp Pea protein
Small handful Spinach
dash of water ( you want it thick)
Decorate;
Goji berries
Caçoa nibs
CBD drops (strawberry flavour best)
I use a spoon to place the toppings gently and if one escapes just push it under with the small side of the spoon!
