Do not live in self hate

Oh god NO DELETE was my reaction when Someone sent me this!I picked all the things I didn’t like OUT! Have you done this? Then came back to it today and realised the joy in my face, the laughter and the moment I was sharing.💓

If we live in self hatred we reflect that on the world. We treat others how we feel inside.I’ve decided and worked on myself to love ME, so that means I love you, life and all around. It takes practice but it gets easier and you can shift back to love quicker each day.
